The design of this new townhouse community was inspired by our award-winning La Perla de La Heredia, with homes built into the hillsides in the style of the traditionally picturesque Andalusian villages. Each of the townhouses is individual and unique, including some that resemble typical Spanish community buildings such as a town hall, a Hotel de Ciudad and even a church. Townhouses are grouped in clusters around these landmark buildings, with green open spaces, fresh water features and landscaped gardens in between. This gives the project a truly authentic village atmosphere. La Heredia de Monte Mayor is located in its own private area within the Monte Mayor estate, which means residents enjoy the same natural beauty, outstanding views and leisure facilities that the golf & country club project offers.
